The suction tool has a tool body (2) defining a suction channel terminating in a hose connection (14) at one end, for connection to a vacuum cleaner suction hose and widened at the opposite end to provide a suction slit (8), with at least 2 sets of bristles (10,12) on either side of the latter. The front surface of the suction jet (4) provided with the suction slit and the bristles has a transverse circular curvature.
