SOLUTION: Activated carbon columns 12a-12c having adsorbed a large quantity of methyl bromide in an adsorbing process and a diluting piping 34 are provided in parallel. A concn. sensor 24 and concn. sensors 26a-26c are arranged on the downstream side of the respective activated carbon columns 12a-12c to measure the concns. of desorbed methyl bromide. A controller 22 performs the opening and closing operation of solenoid valves 28a-28d on the basis of the measured values to control the concns. of methyl bromide of the exhaust gases from the activated carbon columns 12a-12c to a predetermined range.
