PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a tongue device to be easily grasped by an occupant when an air belt device is installed. SOLUTION: An air belt device comprising a shoulder belt 6 and a tongue device 8 fixed to the end part of a lap belt 7 becomes difficult for an occupant to reach because the lap belt 7 is wound up by a retractor 4 installed on the underside of a center pillar 2 when it is not installed and thus the tongue device 8 and the shoulder belt 6 are inserted in a clearance between a center pillar 2 and a seal 1. Because, when the air belt device is not installed, a reacher 29 installed on the upper part of the center pillar 2 is oscillated upward so as to expose the upper part of the shoulder belt 6 upward through a clearance between the center pillar 2 and the seat 1, the occupant can grasp the tongue device 8 easily by merely pulling the shoulder part 6 manually. |
