PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a monolithic refractory chargeable into a mixer, etc., kept in a state thereof placed in a bag and kneadable with water, etc., and housed in a bag made of water soluble fibers without the necessity for taking out the monolithic refractory from the bag by housing the monolithic refractory in the bag made of a fabric or a sheet made of the water-soluble fibers. SOLUTION: A bag 1 is formed of a woven fabric or a nonwoven fabric comprising water-soluble fibers and a monolithic refractory 2 requiring the kneading with water such as a usual cement or a refractory cement is housed therein. An opening 3 is closed by sewing thereof with a water-soluble yarn 4 or contact bonding or bonding the opening 3 by a method for heat sealing, etc. Various additives are premixed with the monolithic refractory 2 or the additives are added when kneading thereof with water, etc. In order to knead the resultant monolithic refractory 2 with water, etc., the monolithic refractory 2 in a state thereof placed in the bag 1 is placed in a mixer or other containers for kneading without unsealing the bag 1. When water is poured thereon, the bag 1 is dissolved with the water, etc., and the monolithic refractory 2 is kneaded with the water, etc., by direct kneading thereof. |
