PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the strength of a closed sectional shape object by obtaining an integrally molded product, reduce trimming operation, and improve working efficiency. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, there are formed gelcoat applied layers 10 in which a gel-like resin is applied on forming faces 5, 8 of one set of molds 1 having the forming faces 5, 8 and joining faces 4, 7, gel-like resin layers 11 in which the gel-like resin is applied to edges 6, 9 on the gelcoat applied layers 10 so as to protrude from the joining faces, and resin fiber layers in which fiber materials are laminated on the gelcoat applied layers 10 on which the gel-like resin layers 11 are applied. The molds 1 are joined together so that the forming faces 5, 8 are opposed to each other, and hardened. |
