PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily fabricable double-sidewall container having a sufficient capacity that is in a structure of less bulky and becoming flat for convenience in transportation and storage while being fabricable as usable into a container having double-sidewalls on occasions of putting-in, packaging, transportation and shipment of articles. SOLUTION: For an easily fabricable double-sidewall container wherein double sidewall parts provided respectively at opposite two sides of a rectangular bottom plate 1 can be erected perpendicularly against and folded down on the surface of the bottom plate 1, the relation between the width W of the bottom plate 1, the width D of opposite paired outer side plates 4 and paired inner side plates 5 and the height B of each of trapezoidal parts 6a is set as B<W/2<D<W, B+D≈W, and the width D of the inner and the outer side plates is set as 1/2 or more in the width W of the bottom plate.
