PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure demolding properties at the time of molding of a part wherein hollow cylindrical parts accompanied by three-dimensional distortion are arranged side by side by forming a resin flow path wherein the outer surface on the side of a reverse hollow part of a split piece is flat and a welding resin is injected from a split position to the position near to the outer surface on the side of the reverse hollow part of the split piece. SOLUTION: A primary molded product 1 for injection welding is divided into two split pieces 2, 3. The bottom surface parts 2f of the split pieces 2 become flat surfaces not restricted in a demolding direction. The split pieces 2, 3 are abutted in a mold and hollow parts 1b, 1b are formed between both of them and resin flow paths 4, 5 becoming welding injected resin passages are formed between weld flanges 3b, 2h and the resin flow paths 6 becoming welding resin injection passages are formed between the grooves 2e of the split pieces 2 and the projected parts 3c of the split pieces 3 fitted in the grooves 2e in the same way. |
