<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress expansion of working space owing to a pre-processing work and to effectively utilize a space of factory by executing a pre-processing work of setting a metal plate in a pallet in a pre-processing work region as a part of a pallet travelling region. SOLUTION: In a part of a region of a pallet travelling region S for a pallet 9 to travel back and forth, a pre-processing region S1 to set a metal plate W in a pallet 9 is provided on one side of front side or rear side of a laser beam machining head 15. In this pre-processing region S1 a plurality of raising/ lowering cylinders 17 for the pre-processing work to raise/lower the pallet 9 are provided so that the pallet 9 supported by a pallet supporting member 5 below the pallet 9 raised by the raising/lowering cylinders 17 for the pre- processing work may travel back and forth.</p> |
