FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves moving transverse cutanofascial flap taken from one musculus rectus on feeding limb having inferior epigastric vessels. Vascularized segment separated from the other musculus rectus abdominis is also used. It has inferior epigastric vessels. Microvascular anastomoses are applied between them and thoracodorsal artery and vein. EFFECT: reduced degree of anterior abdominal wall weakening; reliable vascular blood supply.
