<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance cleaning treatment capacity and effectively carry out waste water treatment of a cleaning water containing a hazardous component by providing a rotative inclined plate for converting a waste gas transferred from a suction part to an interior of a housing into a high speed current and providing a gas-liquid contact chamber, a filter and a sprinkling mechanism above the inclined plate. SOLUTION: A waste gas G discharged from a factory or the like is transferred to a container chamber 4 through a duct 12 and passing speed of the gas is accelerated at the time of passing between inclined blades 5b of the rotative inclined plate 5 and send out in a swirling state. On the other hand, a cleaning liquid Wa supplied from a supply opening 9a of a sprinkling mechanism 9 passes through filters 8, 7 and is supplied into a gas-liquid contact chamber 6. At this moment, the waste gas rising as a high speed current from the rotative inclined plate 5 side and a cleaning liquid Wf are made to collide with each other so that fine bubbles are formed and the cleaning liquid Wf and the waste gas are mixed and then a hazardous component in the waste gas is shifted to the cleaning liquid WF side. The waste gas thus cleaned is cleaned by the filters 7, 8 and then discharged from a gas outlet.</p> |
