PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of deformation to a minimum in the case that a foreign matter of spatter, etc., is put in between a hemming part. SOLUTION: When a peripheral part 21 of a frame 2 is held between a main body part 11 and a flange part 13 by bending the flange part 13 from the main body part 11 through a bending line 12 , a press face 61 of a punch 6 is inclined for a press face 51 of a die 5 at an angleα. As a result, the flange part 13 , the peripheral part 21 , and the main body part 1 are brought into tight contact each other at a (a) part near an edge 14 of the flange part 1. Farther at the bending line 12 side, a clearanceβis formed between the main body part 11 and the peripheral part 21 , a foreign matter of spatter 4, etc., is put in between the main body part 11 and the peripheral part 21 , the foreign matter 4 can be accommodated in the clearanceβ, a possibility to generate deformation on a skin 1 is suppressed low.
