The process of continuous filling of liquids into flexible skins consists of continuously making skins and providing them with a detachable obturator. The skins are filled through the obturator and then the filled skins are transported to a packaging or storage post. The skins are made by unrolling two multilayer barrier films from upper (6) and lower (7) reels. The film coming from the upper reel is then punched with a hole at a cutting post (8). Then at a welding post (9) this hole is provided with a detachable obturator. Each skin is then formed by welding the upper film on the film from the lower reel in a welding post (10). The skins are then separated by transverse cuts in a cutting and advance unit (11) and transported to the filling unit (12). |
