A container (3) for the storage of toothpaste and/or water integrated in the handle (1) of the toothbrush can be filled from the bottom (4) and is equipped with a knob (7) which squeezes toothpaste or water into a short duct (5) when pressed and from there to several nozzles (6) positioned between the bristles. The handle (1) can either consist of a firm case with a soft inner container or it can be made of an elastic material.
