<p>A device for filtering gases, such as air, has a holding unit (2) for the filter. The holding unit (2) includes frame sections (13, 14, 15) which construct the first frame (3) and the second frame (4). The frames are square or rectangular. The above mentioned frame sections (13, 14, 15) have a side (7) and arms (8). The filter has an edge section, which is to be clamped between the sections of the frames (3, 4), or between an arm (8) of one, or the first, frame (3) and a nearby arm (8) of the second frame (4), when the holding unit (2) is placed in the working position (12). The width between the arms (8) of the first frame (3) is bigger than the width between arms (8) of the second frame (4), so that the second frame (4) could, at least partially, be inserted in the space between the arms (8) in the first frame (3), when the above mentioned edge section of the filter is placed between at least one arm (8) in the first frame (3), and at least one arm (8) of the second frame (4). The first frame (3) may have, in every corner, an element (20), which covers part of the space between the arms (8).</p> |
