LIPOMATRIX PREPARATION

The invention describes a Lipomatrix composed of lipid lattices of stacked bilayers which, when hydrated, form liposomes. The invention also provides a simplified method used to generate highly effective liposomal preparations. Vaccine compositions having superior immunological properties use biomedicalgrade liposomes which can be produced from a Lipomatrix, using safe and efficient methods. Use of the inventive methods produces highly potent vaccines against tumor antigens.
