A wall penetration for electrical conductors comprises a housing made of insulating material composed of an insulating plate with metal insert clamps. The clamps are pushed through openings during wall construction. The inner and outer conductor connections are connected by penetration rails. A PE contact rail is placed in the housing (18) before the wall is assembled, and at least one end of the rail extends to the housing wall.
