OPTICAL FILTER WITH ELECTROMAGNETIC SHIELD AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical filter with an electromagnetic shield having strong electromagnetic shielding property and absorptivity of near infrared rays. SOLUTION: This lightweight optical filter with an electromagnetic shield having excellent rigidity and strong electromagnetic shielding property and absorptivity of near infrared rays is obtd. by adhering a glass substrate 1 having an electromagnetic shield layer on one surface and a plastic substrate 4 containing an org. absorbent containing metals for near infrared rays with an adhesive having elasticity. The electromagnetic shield layer is obtd. by forming an ITO layer 2 on a glass substrate and further forming a metal pattern on the upper face of the ITO layer 2. The adhesive to adhere the glass substrate 1 and the plastic substrate 4 has <=50 cPs viscosity and shows elasticity after adhesion.
