摘要 |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a formation method in which a conductor pattern can be printed and formed with high accuracy on a green sheet and in which the conductor pattern with good continuity and of high reliability is formed after its firing operation by a method wherein insulation surface-treated metal particles whose metal particle ratio is high and whose insulating property is high are used so as to be capable of being charged uniformly with electricity by their high insulating property. SOLUTION: A developer is composed of insulation surface-treated metal particles whose surface is coated with a thermoplastic insulator so as to be insulated and whose mean particle size is within a range of 2 to 20μm and of carrier particles whose mean particle size is 40 to 120νm. By using the developer, the insulation surface-treated metal particles are charged with electricity by the carrier particles. An electrostatic latent image which is formed on a photoreceptor is contact-developed by an electrophotographic method. An actualized image which is composed of the insulation surface-treated metal particles is formed, and it is transferred to a ceramic thin-film green sheet which is composed of a dielectric powder and of an organic binder.
