SOLUTION: Grains of insoluble or slightly solve properties in a fluid resin composition containing at least a 10 vol.% sublimation substance are made to adhere to the surface of the fluidizing resin composition laminated on a base in the insolved state, and then the film is solidified, and then the sublimation substance is sublimed and grains are removed from the film to form a film with solidified recesses and projections as the trance of grains bitten into the surface of the fluidizing resin composition.
