PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic information device with a nearly constant interval of time until re-calling is made. SOLUTION: An automatic information device 1 automatically informs plural specified opposite parties of an abnormal state such as a fire or intrusion through a telephone line L. Plural dial destinations are previously set, and when a first information destination is dialed, but no response is made, the telephone line L is opened. When the second information destination is automatically dialed and it does not make a response either, the next information destination is sequentially called again. Call time T3 to the opposite party is adjusted for adjusting necessary time for the calling to on opposite party to be almost constant time T5 so as to set necessary time T5 to be almost constant.
