Composite prods. useful as floor- and wall coverings or as the interior trim in automobiles, comprising an outer wear layer comprising at least one ionomer type copolymer or precursor of this and an adjacent sub-layer of a polymeric material contg. at least 25 and pref. at least 40 pts. wt. of an inorganic filler per 100 pts. wt. of the polymeric material and pref. contg. a lubricant and/or a plasticiser and opt. other additives.
