PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment which can transmit a message to a beeper of a specified opposite party from a remote location even if a code list does not exist. SOLUTION: A transmitter who is to transmit a message to a beeper 30 of a specified opposite party from a remote location closes a telephone line 27 to a facsimile equipment from a telephone set 29, inputs a telephone number of the beeper of a transmission destination and inputs voice information to be transmitted. Then, a sound recognition device 22 recognizes the voice and recognized voice is converted into a corresponding signal for the beeper. The converted signal for the beeper is transmitted to the beeper 30 based on the inputted telephone number by a beeper signal transmission means. Thus, the message can be sent to the beeper of the specified opposite party even if a code list is not carried each time when going out. |
