PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soundproof material of good quality by mixing solid chips with a fibrous binder finely and uniformly. SOLUTION: In a mixing process of solid chips 1 with a fibrous binder 2, the compacted aggregate of the chips 1 and the binder 2 is subjected to a disintegration mixing treatment for scraping it little by little by a scraping projection member. The compacted aggregate 7, immediately after passing between rotary rollers 9, 9a, still in a disintegrated state, is scraped off little by little in turn by needle-shaped projections 10. In this process, since a small amount of the binder 2 is torn forcibly, disintegrated finely, and scraped off, and simultaneously a small amount of the chips 1 are ecraped off, the disintegrated binder 2 adheres to each chip 1. |
