CARRIER DEVICE OF LONG SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier device which is capable of always carrying a long sheet in an excellent state by coping with changes in width and thickness of the long sheet, even if the changes are performed, and does not generate foldings to be the causes of a product defective and a carrier defective in the long sheet. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a torque motor 22 transmitting driving force to at least one driven roller 10 of a plurality of driven rollers which are abutted on both the side tip parts of a long sheet, support the long sheet and are disposed along a carrier path of the long sheet and revolving the driven roller 10 and an electromagnetic clutch 20 switching to decide whether driving force is transmitted from the torque motor 22 to the driven roller 10 or not. According to the width and thickness of the long size thin plate, driving force is properly transmitted from the torque motor 22 to the driven motor 10.
