PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolein resin composition which can give a film excellent blocking resistance, antistatic properties, and transparency and a film and a bag made therefrom. SOLUTION: There is provided a polyolefin resin composition comprising 100 pts.wt. polyolefin resin (A), 0.01-0.3 pt.wt. spherical resin microparticles (B) having a mean particle diameter of 0.5-8μm and a sphericity f of 0.8 or above, f is defined by the equation: f=[M/(π/4)]<0.5> /Nmax (M is the sectional area (mm<2> ) of an arbitrary microparticle; and Nmax is the maximum diameter (mm) of the section)}, 0.01-0.3 pt.wt. higher fatty acid amide (C), and 0.05-1.5 pts.wt. partial ester (D) of a tetra-to hexa-hydric polyol with an aliphatic monocarboxylic acid. |
