PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly cancel intermittent reception of each radio terminal in a radio communication system, which consists of a centralized control station and plural radio terminal stations and operates an intermittent reception mode for suppressing the power consumption of each terminal station in its standby mode. SOLUTION: A centralized control station assigns an integrated communication frame (BF) number and a basic hopping pattern to each of radio terminal stations 104 to 109, to receive a system control channel in an in intermittent reception mode. When the stations 104 to 109 which are kept in the intermittent reception modes are started, the terminal addresses are stored and sent to the system control channels corresponding to the BF numbers assigned to the stations 104 to 109. Thus, the stations 104 to 109 start with their assigned BF numbers to receive the system control channels and cancel the intermittent reception modes. As a result, the stations 104 to 109 can quickly start without causing mismatchings of frequencies among them. |
