PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a body to be heated of a cylindrical high frequency induction heating coil device on a carrier tool at a heating stopping time, and obtain high heating efficiency. SOLUTION: A high frequency induction heating coil device 1 has plural and even number (2m) coil elements 3 having missing portions 3a1 to 3h1 of 10 to 90 degrees in central angleθ, and is provided with coils 2 having slit-like opening portions formed by the missing portions 3a1 to 3h1. The plural (m) coil elements 3a to 3d of one side half portions and the plural (m) the other side half portions of the coils 2 are connected so that the directions of current flowing through them are mutually reverse. The support arm of a carrier tool is provided so as to be movable in an axis direction along the opening portion 2a.
