SUBSTANCE: raw mix comprises portland cement, filler, vaporizer, dispersed cells and water comprises, rock crushing waste with grain size of not greater 1.25 mm as filler and foaming agent as vaporizer, ratio of components being as follows, wt %: portland cement, 27- 32; rock crushing waste fractions of less than 0.14 mm, 15-20; 0.14-1.25 mm, 10-15; foaming agent, 0.10-0.25; dispersed cells 0.5-2.0; and water, the balance.
