It consists of an assembly which comprises a fastening line which connects an operator to a scaffolding structure, which is inserted in a corresponding ring of a runner device which has wheels or bearings so that said wheels or bearings run or are able to run via the inside and along a rail which is formed by C-shaped sections (profiles) whose shape defines a groove via which the fixing ring emerges to the outside, its clear interior being of regular shape and equipped with tracks capable of facilitating the displacement of said runner, the rail sections being capable of being connected to other sections by means of intermediate joining pieces. Applicable in industry to the manufacture of safety systems for scaffolding. <IMAGE>
