PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a processed cuttlefish making most of a specific flavor of a trunk part of the cuttlefish by harmonizing the flavor of an inside part and of the specific flavor of the trunk part of the cuttlefish. SOLUTION: This processed cuttlefish is obtained by filling a mixture of boiled arm parts 2 of the cuttlefish, and a seasoned household dish such as a processed/seasoned sea urchin 3, a mustard and pickled pollack roe, a soybean, a miso, a citron miso, etc., in a boiled trunk part of the cuttlefish from which viscera thereof is removed, and the arm parts 2 of the cuttlefish occupy approximately >=70% volume in the whole of the inside of the trunk part 1. Further, the arm parts 2 of the cuttlefish are formed as many short-cut small pieces. |
