PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable composition and a good quality while a powder can be also sent to a following high polymerization degree-making process by omitting a drying process by a method wherein a powder to be obtained by spray-extracting a low oder condensate, is pulverized, and successively separated into solid and gas. SOLUTION: Though spray extraction of fused polyamide low oder condensate under vapor pressurizing, is generally executed under atmospheric pressure, that may be executed under a little pressure or under a reduced pressure. A type of a spray nozzle may be satisfied with an ordinary spray nozzle, and a rectilinear propagation, a binary spray nozzle or the like are mentioned. Polyamide low oder condensate is extracted from the spray nozzle into this pipe, the polyamide low oder condensate penetrating into the pipe becomes a powder at this stage, and is cooled by being sucked. The polyamide low order condensate powder solidified by cooling to a degree capable of withstanding pulverization, is further pulverized when passing through a blower, and separated into solid and gas with a cyclone or the like to be stored in a hopper. |
