PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel product having an atomic structure model for preventing deterioration in proof stress at high temp. SOLUTION: Deterioration in the proof stress of a steel product at high temp. can be prevented by filling the interstices between iron atoms Fe with atoms (e.g. helium atoms He) having atomic weight and motion property lower than those of the iron atoms Fe. Total energy E(t) of molecule of matter is the sum of the potential energy E(p) of molecule constituting the matter and their kinetic energy E(ν) and is constant. The proof stress of the steel product is the intensity of intermolecular binding force of matter based on potential energy E(p). When temp. is elevated, the molecular vibration of the steel product becomes intense and kinetic energy E(ν) is increased, and proof stress as potential energy E(p) is relatively decreased. Therefore, interstices between iron atoms Fe are filled with helium atoms He to inhibit the increase in vibration and further in kinetic energy E(ν) and to prevent deterioration in proof stress.
