PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable operators and a filed maintenance team to accurately understand the state of a distribution system and information from a field, when a survey is performed of a fault point on a distribution line. SOLUTION: This device comprises a central device 101 and a portable terminal 110. The central device 101 is provided with a storing means 2103 of the database of a distribution system, a storing means 2104 of the on-line data of a fault section, a power failure section, the state of devices in the field, etc., a slave station monitoring means 2105, which determines a power failure section based on the information of a switch from distribution line automating salve stations 120, a salve station control means 2106, which controls the distribution line automating stations, a portable terminal monitoring and control means 102 which updates the on-line data with the data from a portable terminal 110 and transmits this updated data to the portable terminal, a display unit 2107 of the state of the distribution system, and an input device 2102, which controls the distribution line automating slave station through input by operators. The operable terminal 110 is provided with a storing means 111 of the data base of the distribution system, a storing means 114 of street map data, and an input/ output control means 112 and a display unit 113, which receives the on-line data which are updated by the central device 101 and displays the fault section. |
