PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the small-sized strip line resonator that is provided with a transmission line whose characteristic impedance is easily increased. SOLUTION: The strip line resonator 10 is formed by laminating a 3rd dielectric layer 13c whose front side is provided with a transmission line conductor 11a having a via-hole 12 provided in the broadwise direction, a 4th dielectric liner 13c1 whose front side is provided with a transmission line conductor 11b, 2nd and 5th dielectric layers 13b, 13e whose front side is provided with a ground conductor 14, and a 1st protection dielectric layer 13a. The transmission line conductors 11a, 11b are formed nearly in spiral and overlapped with each other in the stacked direction while being opposed to each other with the 3rd dielectric layer 13c inbetween, connected electrically in series so that the direction of high frequency signals propagating via the via-hole 12 provided to the 3rd dielectric layer 13c is the same to form one transmission line 11. Furthermore, the ground conductor 14 is provided over a wide area so as to cover nearly the entire surface of the 2nd and 5th dielectric layers 13b, 13e. |
