The envelope channel has an enveloping wall (1) of elastic plastic material with a longitudinal slot (2) and L-shaped cross-section profile rods (3) formed at intervals along the slot and accepted by C-shaped clamps (5) formed on the divergent arms (4). The clamps with their clamp walls are longitudinally guided on the profile arms and have fixing devices (6) for anchoring the enveloping wall on a carrier plate (21). The protruding arms of the rods have corrugations which interact with latching cams on the clamp walls to enable the clamps to be moved along and held in desired positions. |
