PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regulating line tape which can be stuck to the surfaces of various kinds of materials, such as the glass plate, metallic plate, resin sheet, etc., or the surfaces of various kinds of structures, such as the film structure, etc., to remodel the surfaces of the materials into regulating flowing-down surfaces. SOLUTION: A regulating line tape has a base-material strip 1 which is composed of a lyophobic material and one surface of which can be utilized as an adhesive surface and a strip-like flowing-down route 3 which is stuck to the front-side surface of the strip 1, has a width narrower than that of the strip 1 and a high liquid absorbing property, and is constituted in such way that a liquid moving along the route 3 may be isolated from the side edge sections of the strip 1. |
