PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal a tubular or bag-like packaging skin filled with a viscous stuff. SOLUTION: A packaging skin 10 is first compressed to a regulating degree to manufacture a tightening area 34. A narrow part free from any packaging stuff is formed in the vicinity of the tightening area 34 by caulking the packaging skin 10, and then, two sealing clips are fixed as necessary to expand the narrow part for sealing. Caulking elements 24, 26 are additional tightening means 28, 30 to compress the packaging in the vicinity of the caulking elements are provided.
