摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such as measuring accuracy deterioration due to the geometric dimensional variation caused by a plastic molding of a holder for holding a heating resistor, thermosensitive resistor element and terminal pins of an air flow rate measuring apparatus having a structure of the heating resistor and thermosensitive resistor element disposed in a passage. SOLUTION: A holder having buried terminal pins 5 is formed out of insulation members having no anisotropy in thermal expansion coefficient so that the holder members uniformly expand or shrink according to the temp. change, thus causing the geometric positions of the terminal pins 5 to linearly displace, without showing independent displacements. This holds the positional relation of a heating resistor 1 to a thermosensitive resistor element 3 const. to improve the air flow rate measuring accuracy.</p>
