PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently attain the transmission of information between plural devices and a single device. SOLUTION: The transmission of information from BDPS(Broad Data Processing System) 11-1-11-M to an NMD(Network Management Data base) 21 is executed by a 'PUT' command (for outputting information to a designated place) when the BDPS 11-1-11-M designate the NMD 21 as the designation of output. The transmission of information from the NMD 21 to PGS 22-1-22-N is executed by a 'GET' command (for capturing information from a designated place) when the PGS22-1-22-N designate the NMD 21 as the designation of the capture of information.
