PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a system to easily and economically apply a calling method to a called portable terminal, in response to importance data from a caller portable terminal without special installation to the portable terminals. SOLUTION: A portable terminal A is provided with an importance decision means 9 that arbitrarily decides calling importance and with a transmission means that sends importance data decided by the importance decision means 9 to a base station B, together with a telephone number. The base station B is provided with an importance-dependent call signal generating means 10. The means 10 makes a call depending on the importance data decided, by the importance decision means 9 to one or plural concerned portable terminals C or stationary terminals D. |
