PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perform an efficient and highly precise sum up work even with summing up of voting whose value is different from one another, needless to say with summing up of the voting of which value is equal for each. SOLUTION: Readers 1 and 3 read in bar codes printed on a specified voting ticket prepared by a printer 5 and output them to a computer 7. The printer 5 not only prints the specified voting form with a bar code but also prints a slip reporting sum up results of voting or the like which the computer 7 computes and processes. The computer 7 puts the readers 1 and 3 and the printer 5 under control. The computer 7 mounts the first program for voting form preparation as an application program and the second program for printing a slip for summing up the voting result and indicating the sum up results. Also, as a sub-routine of the second program, the third program is mounted for checking an illegal use of the voting form by reading in a check ID of a voting bar code, identifying the voting form illegally prepared, checking whether or not a double voting or double summing up is performed or the like. |
