PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable information equipment capable of simplifying the structure of a housing main body and simplifying the fixing structure of a first functional component as well. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with the housing main body 5 provided with a bottom wall 4a and a peripheral wall 4d. In the inside of the housing main body 5, a housing part 31 provided with an insertion hole 32 opened to the peripheral wall 4d is formed. The first functional component 34 is inserted through the insertion hole 32 to the housing part 31 and the first functional component 34 is fixed to the bottom wall 4a through plural screws at the insertion tip part. On the upper surface of the first functional component 34, a second functional component 35 is piled up. The second functional component 35 is housed in the housing part 31 from the upper part of the housing main body 5 and fixed to the bottom wall 4a of the housing main body 5 through the plural screws 74.
