SOLUTION: A charge collecting system constituted; by providing roadside equipment 1 at an exit gate with communication equipment consisting of an antenna 2, etc., to transmit an exit gate number to on-board equipment 3; providing the on-board equipment 3 with a memory 55 of the main body of the on- board equipment 3, an IC card 5 to store the exit gate number transmitted from the roadside equipment 1 at the exit gate and communication equipment consisting of an antenna 4, etc., to transmit the exit gate number stored in the memory of the main body of the on-board equipment 3 and the IC card 5 to the roadside equipment 1 at an entrance gate; and providing the roadside equipment 1 at the entrance gate with an entrance gate controller to change the charge to be collected based on the exit gate number transmitted from the on-board equipment 3, is provided. |
