PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a problem that dots are made unclear by a light reflected from an electrode and print quality is deteriorated. SOLUTION: A plurality of island type semiconductor layers formed by laminating a semiconductor layer 2 of a conductivity type and a semiconductor layer 3 of a reverse conductivity type 3 are arranged in rows. Common electrodes 5(5a, 5b) and individual electrodes 6 are connected with the semiconductor layer 2 of one conductivity type and the semiconductor layer 3 of the reverse conductivity type, respectively. In this case, adjacent semiconductor layers 3 of the reverse conductivity type in the island type semiconductor layers are mutually connected by the individual electrodes 6 passing between a plurality of the island type semiconductor layers. The individual electrodes 6 are so arranged that the side wall parts are positioned higher than the interface of the semiconductor layer 2 of a conductivity type and the semiconductor layer 3 of the reverse conductivity type. |
