摘要

Sustained release medicinal compositions of ionic prostanoic acid derivatives, which contain ionic compounds oppositely charged with respect to the ionic prostanoic acid derivatives and elevating the hydrophobicity of these derivatives. The ionic compounds are those having hydrophobic group(s) in the molecule. These medicinal compositions can exhibit excellent sustained release effects of the ionic prostanoic acid derivatives regardless of the solubility of the derivatives in water.
