<p>The process is characterized in that it comprises the following steps: pre-die-cutting of a plurality of bands (3) on which a series of cuts (4a) and slits are made; sizing of said laminar material bands (3); drawing and cutting of all the bands (3) together for the formation of the cavities (2). The tray is characterized in that it is formed of a plurality of laminar material layers and in that said cavities (2) are formed from a series of star-shaped cuttings (4a) with a common center and made in said layers and a circular slit (5a) also made in said layers. With said process it is possible to fabricate alveolar trays made of ecological materials such as paper or cardboard.</p> |
