PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multicore coaxial connector while suppressing the cost of the connector and thinning the height of the connector by lessening the number of parts. SOLUTION: A multicore coaxial connector is constituted of a socket connector and a pin connector and the socket connector comprises outside contacts 10 constituted of a pair of corrugated metal plates 11, 12. Cut parts 13, 14 are formed at equal intervals in the pair of the metal plates 11, 12 and the cut parts 13, 14 are engaged with each other and a plurality of insulators 20 are nipped between the engaged pair of the metal plates 11, 12. Flat parts 16 are integrally formed in between coaxial structures and both ends of the coaxial structures formed by the pair of the metal plates 11, 12 and at the time of fitting with pin connectors, the flat parts 16 are engaged with the contactors formed integrally with the outside contacts of the pin connectors.
