The present invention relates to a radiotelephone apparatus comprising a multi-channel micro-transmitter device which is mounted in a sealed bracelet together with radio-electronic devices and a microphone. This apparatus also includes autonomous reception devices which are mounted according to a micro-dynamic method in the body of finger rings, earphones or hearing devices forming a stereophonic pair. The apparatus of the present invention can be connected to computer, radio-television or medical devices as well as to remote control devices for external equipment and to mutual-coding mechanisms for micro-transmission. According to different variants, the radio-telephone of the present invention can be placed behind the ears, on glasses, in a head-wear or in an agenda which can be connected to a computer.
