SHOT CONCRETE ADMIXTURE AND SHOT CONCRETE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a shot concrete having excellent workability such as pump forcible feeding property, sticking property and dust reducing and excellent strength exhibiting property by blending fine powder of a fly ash discharged in a coal combustion and classified as it is without being pulverized. SOLUTION: The fly ash discharged in the coal combustion is classified as it is without being pulverized to obtain the fine powder having particle diameter of <=20μm and having a smooth and nearly spherical shape as a shot concrete admixture. The shot concrete is obtained by replacing <=30% of cement or a fine aggregate in a shot concrete for spraying a kneaded material composed of at least cement, a fine aggregate and a coarse aggregate with a spray machine by the admixture of the fly ash fine powder. A commercial accelerating agent can be used in the shot concrete and also a commercial high performance water reducing agent or high performance AE water reducing agent can be used.
