<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a sealing effect in an effective manner in this type pump which reciprocates a piston in use of a piezoelectric material as an actuator. SOLUTION: In this pump 1 being composed of installing a cylindrical piston 23 being reciprocated by the telescopic motion of a displacement generating member 39, in a cylinder hole 3 installed in a cylinder body, a sealing ring 29 for sealing a clearance C between an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder hole 3 and an outer circumferential surface of the piston 23 is installed in and around a basal part distant from a head part 23H of the piston 23, and it is provided with a pressure deforming function part functioning as widening a piston diameter nearby the sealing ring, and this pressure deforming function part is composed of forming a circular airspace part 45 on the inside of a circular projection 43 formed in the head part 23H of the cylindrical piston 23.</p> |
